I am a  Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Personal Trainer with 20+ years of experience helping women restore their health, energy, and self-trust.

For decades, I’ve coached high-achieving women — CEOs, healers, coaches, and mothers — who are brilliant at taking care of everyone else but have lost touch with their own vitality. I know what it’s like to run a business, raise a family, and try to “do it all” while your energy, metabolism, and mood are crashing under the surface.

That’s why I created Wholesome Warrior: a path to reclaim your health, reset your hormones, and rebuild your energy from the inside out — without extremes, gimmicks, or shame.

Through a blend of science-backed strategies and soul-aligned habits, I teach women over 40 how to:

  • Detox toxic beliefs, foods, and routines
